The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of realizing Rs.5,000/- in order to provide Indira Awas but neither the Indira Awas was provided nor the money was returned.
It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioners that the informant has subsequently retracted from initial version and filed petition to that effect before the learned court below.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court

Case No. 10 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
