2 04-09-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2012 (G.R. No. 308 of 2012) registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
There is allegation of firing by this petitioner causing injury to Mantu Singh on his neck. However, injury report of Mantu Singh shows that abrasion at right lateral side of neck about 1”x 1/2” simple in nature are caused by hard blunt substance (said injury report is annexed as Annexure-2 of this petition).
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda), in connection with Chandi
