Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 394 of the Penal Code with regard to snatching of the motorcycle. However, the name of the petitioner finds place in the confessional statement of the co-accused and the petitioner has been identified in test identification parade. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was arrested on 05.02.2012 and was put in test identification parade on 12.03.2012 and in between two dates the petitioner was produced in Court for remanding and shown there for identification. The petitioner is in jail since 05.02.2012.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
The prayer for bail is rejected .
