This is an application for regular bail in a case registered
under sections 448,323,324,307,354,379 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.
There is allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted
the son of the informant, namely, Shravan Vishwakarma causing some injury to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused, namely,Munesh Singh @ Mukesh Singh, has already been granted bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 3.3.2012 passed in Cr.Misc. No.26693 of 2012. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada, in Akbarpur
