This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the co-accused, Nepali Mian, has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 25979 of 2012 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 160 of 2011 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
