Case No. 134 of 2009, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation that one of the co-accused Jibendra Jha, Mukhiya has withdrawn Rs. 24,000/- in the name of the complainant under the scheme of Indra Awas Yojana and this petitioner alleged to have identified the photograph of another person in the name of complainant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 16. 05. 2012.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Ladaniya P.S.
