The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 99 of 2012, registered under Sections 25 (1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that fire arm was recovered from the house of the petitioner on the statement of one Ranjeet Kumar. However, the petitioner was not at the house at the time of raid and recovered was made in absence of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in jail custody since 08. 05. 2012
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 99 of 2012, G.R. No. 271 of 2012.
