Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in first and last para of the bail petition it has wrongly been mentioned as Sessions Trial No. 07 of 2011 and to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.2, Patna, in place of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2004 and to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Masaurhi.

However, by order dated 12. 09. 2012 the petitioner has been granted bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 7 of 2011 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2004 to the satisfaction of Fast Track Court, III, Patna.

Let the aforesaid order be modified to that extent only in S.Tr. No. 7 of 2011 arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 132 of 2004 to the satisfaction of Fast Track Court III, Patna, be read as
