12.10.2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl.Govt. Advocate.

 The petitioner is suffering from acute renal problem and was undergoing treatment at t
he S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital. As the expert doctors of the S.C.B.Medical College & H
ospital, Cuttack have advised for kidney transplantation, and opposite party no.5 is ready and
 willing to donate one of his kidneys out of love and affection, the S.C.B. medical authoritie
s are not forwarding the case of the petitioner to the authorization committee for taking a de
cision thereon.

 This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, the opposite parties 3 and 4 are d
irected to forward the application of the petitioner for consideration by the State Authorizat
ion Committee, opposite party no.2.

 This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner
and it is for the State Authorization Committee to examine the case of the petitioner and afte
r making proper enquiry as per law. The State Authorisation Committee shall pass orders by giv
ing reasons as expeditiously as possible.

 With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
 Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
