 The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the application bearing C.P.No
.82/2016 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar is not being taken up fo
r disposal.

 Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing learned Judge, Family Co
urt, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, after affordi
ng reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties. It may be noted that while disposing of t
he aforesaid case, the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar shall take into consideration
the mandate of Section 20 (1) & (2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .
