12.10.2017 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner it is apparent that th
e provisional record of right was issued in favour of the petitioner. However, in the final st
age, the record of right has been prepared in the name of the State Government.
Now, the petitioner has come up with a representation to the Board of Revenue
to issue record of right in his favour though it is not issued in his name. Accordingly, the w
rit petition is not maintainable and accordingly dismissed being devoid of merit.
