 Heard Mr. A.K. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner.
 The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to opposite party no
s.1 to 4 to allow her to perform her duty as Asst. Teacher (Hindi) in Erasama Girls High Schoo
l, Erasama and return back her original appointment letter and cancel the appointment of oppos
ite party no.5.

 Mr. A.K. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was
 discharging her duty regularly, opposite party no.4 without any reason has not allowed her to
 perform her duty. Non-permitting the petitioner to discharge her duty amounts to termination
of service. Therefore, the petitioner seeks liberty to prefer appeal before the appropriate fo
rum.

 Considering the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cou
rt disposes of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the
 appropriate forum within two weeks from today ventilating her grievances. In the event the pe
titioner files such appeal, the appropriate authority shall consider and pass appropriate orde
r as expeditiously as possible after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
