Heard Mr. G.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. G.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo enclosing Annexure-10 w
herein correspondence has been made by the petitioner to opposite party no.4 with regard to hi
s entitlement after reinstatement in service pursuant to order passed by this Court.
In course of hearing, Mr. G.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that h
ighlighting the grievance, the petitioner has made a representation to opposite party no.4 vid
e Annexure-10 and no decision has yet been taken.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opi
nion on the merits of the contentions raised, this Court disposes of the writ petition directi
ng opposite party no.4 to dispose of the representation stated to have been filed by the petit
ioner vide Annexure-10 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this
order. The memo so filed in Court be kept on record.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.4 shall be filed withi
n a week.
Issue urgent copy as per Rules subject to filing of requisites.
