12.01.2016 It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 15.01.2015 pas
sed in W.P.(C) No. 6993 of 2008 has not yet been complied with. If the order has not been comp
lied with, let the opposite party comply with the same within a period of two months from the
date of communication of this order.
Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
Requisites for communication of this order to the opposite party shall be filed within
a week.
