 Heard Mr. R. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

 The petitioner files this application seeking for a direction to the opposite party no.
3 to draw and disburse the arrear remuneration benefit from 1.4.2008 to 31.1.2014 to her withi
n a stipulated period in view of the decision dt. 25.02.2014 under Annexure-7,
decision worked out vide office order dt. 28.2.2014 under Annexure-8 and the arrear remunerati
on benefit calculated for payment under Annexure-9.

 In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the
grievance, the petitioner has made representation before the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure
-11 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
 In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite p
arty no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation in Annexure-11 and pass appropriate or
der within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
 Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.3 shall be filed withi
n a week.
 Issue urgent copy as per Rules subject to filing of requisites.
