Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite party no.
2 to dispose of his representation vide Annexure-6 in accordance with law within a stipulated
period giving opportunity of hearing to him.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any op
inion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite p
arty no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation in Annexure-6 and pass appropriate ord
er within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.2 shall be filed withi
n a week.
Issue urgent copy as per Rules subject to filing of requisites.
