The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to opposite party
nos.3, 4 and 5 to regularize their appointment as Yardman-cum-Operator of Electronic Weigh Br
idge and release the salary and all other consequential pecuniary benefits to which they are e
ntitled to after regularization of their services.
In course of hearing, Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned counsel for the petitioners submits tha
t highlighting the grievance, the petitioners have made a representation to opposite party no.
5 vide Annexure-4 series and no decision has yet been taken.
In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioners, without expressing any o
pinion on the merits of the contentions raised, this Court disposes of the writ petition direc
ting opposite party no.5 to dispose of the representation stated to have been filed by the pet
itioners vide Annexure-4 series within a period of three months from the date of communication
of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.5 shall be filed withi
n a week.
