22.07.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.900 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M
., Bargarh registered under Sections 457/380/34, I.P.C.
It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in this case basing on the stat
ement of one co-accused Arjun @ Buthi Majhi and being arrested by the police, he is in custody
since 12.03.2016.

Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that let the petition
er be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with one surety
for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bargarh in the aforesaid case
with the condition that he shall not involve himself in any act of the alleged type.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
