21.07.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.2271 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.
M.(S), Cuttack registered under Sections 454/380, I.P.C.
 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 14.02.2016 and
in the meantime, charge-sheet has already been submitted in the case. It is further submitted
that while the petitioner was arrested in one case, he was remanded in a number of cases showi
ng those as criminal antecedents of the petitioner.
 Learned counsel on behalf of the State submits that ten numbers of criminal antecedents
 of similar nature are against the petitioner. Further, it is submitted that the petitioner be
longs to West Bengal.

 However, considering the submissions and the period of detention, it is directed that l
et the petitioner be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fifteen thousan
d) with two local sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the court in seisin over
 the aforesaid case with the conditions that he shall not involve himself in any criminal acti
vity and shall report before the I.I.C. Markatnager Police Station on every alternate Sunday f
or a period of four months thereafter.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
