22.07.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.263 of 2007 on the file of learned S.D.J.M
., Dhenkanal registered under Sections 147/148/427/435/379/325/506/294/436/149, I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case was registered against 400 to
500 persons on the F.I.R. lodged by the General Manager of Bhushan Steel and Strips Limited.
It is alleged that the mob entered inside the company premises and committed the alleged damag
e, setting fire to the vehicle and threatening to the officials.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charge-sheet has already been submitte
d in the case and a number of co-accused have already been granted with anticipatory bail by t
his Court.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature offences, it is directed that the pe
titioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal in the aforesaid case shall be re
leased on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the said court.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
