Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 The petitioner is an accused in C.T.Case No. 46 of 2016 on the file of learned
 S.D.J.M. Athagarh registered under Sections 394/34, IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms
 Act.

 It has been alleged that while the petitioner along with another were trying to rob th
e informant on the point of pistol, the villagers reached there. The petitioner along with an
other was chased and assaulted by the villagers. The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2016
 and in the meantime charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.
 Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner
be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.15,000/- ( rupees fifteen thousand) wit
h one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.,Athagarh in C.T.
Case No.46 of 2016 with the condition that he shall not involve himself in any criminal activi
ty.

 The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
