21.07.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 The petitioner apprehends arrest in Nikirai P.S. Case No.73 of 2016 corresponding to G.
R. Case No.714 of 2016 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara registered under Sections 4
20/307/506/34, I.P.C. read with Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Prize Chit and Money Circulation Sc
hemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has not been named in t
he F.I.R. and as per allegation one Laxmipriya Rout was persuading the public to deposit money
. It is further submitted that the petitioner is being regularly harassed by the police in thi
s case, no ostensible reason.
 Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that in the event of
arrest in the aforesaid case, the petitioner shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs
.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of
 the Arresting Officer.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
