i P.S. Case No.259 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.356 of 2016 on the file of learned S
.D.J.M., Banki for alleged commission of offence under sections 147/148/294/332/333/353/427/28
5/283/431/307/506/149, I.P.C. read with section 3 of the Public Property (Prevention of Damage
) Act, 1985, section 7 of the Criminal Law (2nd Amendment) Act, 1983 and sections 3 & 4 of the
 Explosive Substances Act, 1908 have filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the Stat e.

 Considering the submissions, in view of the nature of accusations and other su
rrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed th
at in the event the petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the above mentioned ca
se within fifteen days and move for bail, they be released on bail with such terms and conditi
ons as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further condition that they will
 not indulge in any criminal activity.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
