Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Govern
ment Advocate. Considering the submissions, viewing the nature of acc
usations and other surrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impedime
nt, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court below within f
ifteen days hence in the above case, he be released on bail with such terms and conditions as
would be deemed just and proper by the court in seisin of the case with further conditions tha
t he will not indulge in any criminal activity.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
