 02. 07.12.2016 The petitioners having been implicated in Rama
giri P.S. Case No.30 of 2016 corresponding to G.R. Case No.119 of 2016 on the file of J.M.F.C.
, R. Udayagiri for alleged commission of offence under sections 294/323/354-B/506/427/436/34,
I.P.C. have filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties are having civil
dispute and for that reason the F.I.R. finds mention the exaggerated picture of the incident w
hen there was simply some quarrel between the parties. Therefore, he urges for grant of antici
patory bail to the petitioners.

 Learned counsel for the State opposes the move.

 Considering the submissions, in view of the nature of accusations and other su
rrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed th
at in the event of arrest of the petitioners in the above mentioned case, they be released on
bail with such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Office
r with further condition that they will cooperate with the investigation and will not indulge
in any criminal activity.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
