rned J.M.F.C., Komna for alleged commission of offence under sections 420/294/506, I.P.C. read
 with section 3(i)(r)(s) of S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act has filed this application for grant of antic
ipatory bail.
 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State
.
 Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of accusations against the
petitioner as also the nature of accusations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to
the petitioner. However, it is observed that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the cou
rt below and moves for his bail, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law on its o
wn merit without being influenced by this order.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
