17.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
 This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
 The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.397 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.,
 Jagatsinghpur registered under Sections 498-A/304-B/34, I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the deceased suffered some serious ail
ment and she was admitted in Ashwini Hospital, Cuttack but despite best treatments made availa
ble, she did not survive.

 It is submitted on behalf of the State that the deceased was admitted in Hospital due to
 sickness and in course of treatment she died as per the report submitted by the Investigating
 Officer.

 Considering the submissions, the recitals in the F.I.R. and the circumstances, it is dir
ected that the petitioners on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur in G.R. Cas
e No.397 of 2015 shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fifteen tho
usand) each with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the
 condition that they shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for th
e purpose of investigation.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
