15 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara registered under Sections 498-A/323/294/ 500/50
6/34, I.P.C.
It has been alleged that the informant married the petitioner
about 20 years back and have been blessed with two children. The allegation is that the petiti
oner is staying with another female neglecting his family.
Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it
is directed that the petitioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara in G.R. C
ase No.148 of 2015 shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thou
sand) with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
