17.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.19 of 2015 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.,
R. Udayagiri registered under Sections 498-A/313/ 294/506/34, I.P.C. and other allied offences
The present petitioners are the brothers of one Debraj Mahankuda the main accused, who a
llegedly deceived the informant and kept physical relationship with her.
It has been alleged that the petitioners were only present when the informant was taken
to the hospital.
Considering the submissions and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners on su
rrender before the learned J.M.F.C., R. Udayagiri in G.R. Case No.19 of 2015 shall be released
on bail by executing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fifteen thousand) each with one surety for th
e like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that they shall appear
before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
