 This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
 The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.454 of 2014 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.,
 Padampur registered under Sections 147/148/452/307/ 294/427/149, I.P.C.
 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to some family dispute, a false ca
se has been filed. As per the Injury Report, the alleged injuries sustained by the informant a
re simple in nature.

 Considering the submissions and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners on su
rrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Padampur in G.R. Case No.454 of 2014 shall be released on
 bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with one surety for the like
amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that they shall appear before
the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
