 This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
 The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.92 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.,
Kamakshyanagar registered under Sections 342/323/ 307/34, I.P.C.
 As per the Injury Report, the alleged injuries sustained by the victim are simple in nat
ure.

 Considering the submissions and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners on su
rrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Kamakshyanagar in G.R. Case No.92 of 2015 shall be releas
ed on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with one surety for the
like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that they shall appear be
fore the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
