The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.2469 of 2015 on t
he file of learned S.D.J.M., Panposh, Rourkela registered under Sections 341/323/325/294/ 506/
34, I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant
and the petitioner are neighbours and due to some boundary, a false case has been lodged.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of
offences, it is directed that the petitioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Panposh
, Rourkela in G.R. Case No.2469 of 2015 shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,0
00/- (rupees ten thousand) with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said
court with the condition that he shall appear before the Investigation Officer as and when re
quired for the purpose of investigation.
