Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.1139 of 2015 on the file of learned J.M.F.C. , Chandikhole registered under Sections 341/294/ 323/325/354/34, I.P.C.It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both the parties belong to one family and that due to civil dispute, false F.I.R. has been lodged.It is further submitted that the allegations made in the F.I.R. do not make out an offen ce under Section 354, I.P.C. prima facie. Considering the submissions and the materials on record, it is directed that the petitio
ners on surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in G.R. Case No.1139 of 2015 shall
be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with one surety
for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that they shall
appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
