It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitione
r has been implicated as an accused for being the owner of the vehicle where from the alleged
logs were seized, even though the driver and helper of the vehicle who were apprehended, did n
ot implicate the petitioner.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of
offences, it is directed that the petitioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Champua
in 2(b) C.C. Case No.03 of 2015 shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.15,000/- (r
upees fifteen thousand) with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said co
urt with the condition that he shall appear before the Investigation Officer as and when requi
red for the purpose of investigation and shall not involve himself in any act of the alleged t
ype.
