 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
 The petitioner is an accused in 2(a) C.C. No.19 of 2007 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.,
 Soro registered under Section 47(a) of the Bihar and Orissa Excise Act.

 It has been alleged that the petitioner was found selling 30(thirty) liters of I.D. liqu
or which was recovered and seized from his possession.

 Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of offences, it is directed that the
petitioner on surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Soro in 2(a) C.C. No.19 of 2007 shall be
released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with one surety for the
 like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that he shall not involv
e himself in any act of the alleged type.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
