10.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
 The petitioners are accused in G.R.Case No. 411 of 2015 pending on the file of
 learned J.M.F.C., Salipur registered under Sections 448/323/294/ 509/506/379/34,I.P.C.
 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to some village dispute false
allegation has been made in the F.I.R.

 Considering the submissions and alleged nature of offences, it is directed tha
t the petitioners on surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur, in the aforesaid case, sh
all be released on bail on executing bond of Rs.10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand) each with one
 surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said Court with the conditions that the
y shall not involve themselves in any act of the alleged type and shall appear before the Inve
stigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
