02. 08.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the
State.
The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.272 of 2015 on the
file of learned N.G.N.-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi registered under Sections 341/294/ 509/506/34, I.P
.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the dispute
arose relating to borrowing of some money and false allegations have been made in the F.I.R.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of
offences, it is directed that the petitioners on surrender before the learned N.G.N.-cum-J.M.F
.C., Tangi in G.R. Case No.272 of 2015 shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,00
0/- (rupees ten thousand) each with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the
said court with the condition that they shall appear before the Investigation Officer as and w
hen required for the purpose of investigation and shall not involve themselves in any act of t
he alleged type.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
