The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.1160 of 20
15 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara registered under Sections 341/294/323/ 324/307/
354-B/34, I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to some
personal dispute false allegations have been made in the F.I.R. and as per the instructions ob
tained by learned counsel for the State three injured persons sustained some simple injuries.
Considering the submissions and the materials on record, it is
directed that the petitioners on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara in G.R. Ca
se No.1160 of 2015 shall be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thou
sand) each with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the
condition that they shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the
purpose of investigation.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
