 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

 This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
 The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.419 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.
, Bonai registered under Sections 341/323/447/307/ 506/34, I.P.C.

 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to some land dispute, the occurrenc
e took place and some co-accused persons have since been released on bail. But, specific alleg
ation of assault is against the present petitioner on the head of the victim.

 As per the injury report placed before the Court, some grievous head injuries were found
 on the victim

 Considering the alleged nature of offences, I do not find it to be a case for anticipato
ry bail. Accordingly, the bail application stands rejected.

 The petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the courts below and in the event of fi
ling of bail application by the petitioner, both the learned courts below would do well to dis
pose of the same according to law in course of the day.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
