The petitioner is an accused in G.R Case No. 601 of 2015 pending on the file o
f learned S.D.J.M.,Sundargarh registered under Sections 384/147/148/447/427/506/379/149, I.P.
C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner along with others as
saulted to the workers of the KPS construction company for Chandaa and damaged some valuable
properties.
Considering the alleged nature of offences while refusing the benefit of grant
ing anticipatory bail, the petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the courts below an
d on the event of moving application for bail, both the learned courts below would do well to
dispose of the application in accordance with law in course of the day.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
