Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.1090 of 2015 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.
, Jajpur registered under Sections 342/323/325/ 506/34, I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to some land dispute between the p
arties, false F.I.R. has been lodged.
Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of offences, it is directed that the
petitioners on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur in G.R. Case No.1090 of 2015 shal
l be released on bail by executing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with one sure
ty for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the conditions that they sha
ll appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigati
on and shall not involve themselves in any act of the alleged type.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
