This Miscellaneous Application has been filed in OA No. 280/2025 which has been disposed of by the order dated 30.05.2025.

In the OA, the Applicant had raised the grievance against Respondent No. 11, Bal Bharti Public School about violation of environmental norms in carrying out constructions in the premises. The Tribunal had considered and noted the grievance of the Applicant and had disposed of the OA by the order dated 30.05.2025 with certain directions.

In this MA, the Applicant has again prayed for multiple reliefs. Such an MA in a disposed of OA cannot be entertained.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that the MA is in the nature of an application under Section 151 of the CPC, but it is not a case of any arithmetical mistake or accidental slip in the order. He further submits that there was a grievance raised by the Applicant in respect of unauthorized use of DG Sets during the construction, but this grievance

has not been considered. Such a submission does not appear to be correct as this grievance has been taken note of in Paragraph 5 of the order dated 30.05.2025. That apart, it is also noticed that in the MA multiple reliefs have been prayed which cannot be granted in such an application. This application is neither in the nature of review nor execution.

Hence, no case is made out to issue any direction in this MA which is accordingly dismissed.
