JUDGMENT
I am satisfied that Annexure-D order as such does not constitute any contempt of the directions issued by this Court, though there is substance in the contention of the petitioner that directions issued in the judgment are not being followed correctly. If the petitioner, the local authority, is aggrieved by the decision now taken under Annexure-D, it is open to it to take steps in relation to the same. Subject to the above right, Contempt of Court case is closed.
