JUDGMENT
Learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has been directed to be posted in the existing vacancy of Pharmacist in the THQ Hospital vide order passed by the Additional Director of Health Services on 29.9.2008. It is further submitted that actual posting orders will be issued without any further delay. DMO shall issue posting orders positively within a period of one week and there upon the petitioner shall be relieved from the present place of posting so that he would be in a position to join there without any further delay. Contempt of Court case is accordingly, closed.
