JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a final year BAMS student. She has

appeared for the supplementary examination 2007-08 December. She had thereafter sought for revaluation of the marks in respect of the papers which she had appeared. The results of the revaluation has not been published so far. Pursuant to the interim order passed by this court she had appeared for the final year examination.

After having heard learned Standing Counsel also, the writ petition is disposed of directing the University to declare the results of the revaluation as sought for by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Participation of the petitioner in the final year examination on the strength of the interim order passed by this court shall be regularised only if the petitioner is found to have successfully passed the papers for which she had sought for revaluation on publication of the results of the revaluation. is found that the petitioner's have not improved on revaluation, then the participation in the final year examination shall be treated as cancelled.
