J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay on the part of the respondent Corporation in depositing the amount awarded in his favour under Ext.P1 award. Learned Standing Counsel for the KSRTC submits that steps will be taken to comply with the award at the earliest.
In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take steps to see that the amount awarded under Ext.P1 is deposited at the earliest, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
