JUDGMENT
The writ petition was filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation and to extend the benefit of the package introduced by the Government for the protection and the benefit of Small scale Sick industrial units. The petitioner submits that the entire amount demanded was
paid during the pendency of the writ petition.
In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to take appropriate action on Ext.P4 taking note of the fact that the petitioner has paid the entire amount as demanded.
