Heard Mr. A. K. Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs, Vandana Bharti, learned counsel for the State.
This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
Mr. A.K. Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation against the petitioner and petitioner has made wrong entry in the computer on the pressure of his superiors.
In this petition F.I.R. is under challenge. The Court is not inclined to interfere with the F.I.R. At this stage, Mr. A. K. Chaturvedy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take all the grounds at appropriate stage.
Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
