This petition has been taken through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been heard.
Vide order dated 04.05.2017, the petitioner was directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon opposite party nos. 2 and 3 on their present and correct address. The order was passed on 04.05.2017, but till date requisites etc. has not been filed.
Mr. Kalyan Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has tried to contact the petitioner, but the petitioner has not shown any seriousness in the matter.
In view of the above facts, this petition stands dismissed.
