Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
Through this application the petitioner has prayed for modification of the order dated 09.12.2020 passed in A.B.A. No. 6367 of 2020 by extending the period of surrender.
It has been stated on account of holiday in the learned court below from 21.12.2021 to 03.01.2021 and the restrictions on account of the prevailing pandemic, the petitioners could not surrender within the time specified by this Court in A.B.A. No. 6367 of 2020.
On consideration of the aforesaid facts, the order dated 09.12.2020 passed in A.B.A. No. 6367 of 2020 is modified by extending the period of surrender for a further period of three weeks from today.
This application stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification. Let a copy of this order be sent through fax.
